Our story

As seasoned real estate veterans within the industry, we identified a niche within the market by simply listening to our Clients.

We have built a private Inner Circle of carefully-chosen affiliates and partners within the Real Estate market in Dubai and UAE. Our processes and beliefs focus on discretion and offering a high-quality tailored service to meet the specific requirements of our select Clients. 

We operate differently to the stereotypical Dubai real estate agency - no cold calling, no listing on portals, no sharing confidential data or personal information, no fake listings and no showing you the same properties as every other broker. 


We pride ourselves on our professionalism, subtlety and a strong network within Real Estate and the surrounding sectors locally, across the GCC and beyond.

We identify the right assets off-market, offering these assets to our clients based on financial analysis and conclude the entire process in a number of transparent steps.

Via our channel partners we can facilitate exclusive finance for standard retail, corporate and non-residents, including complex finance solutions, development land and construction finance. 

How we operate

Our model revolves around quality over quantity, and we take a long-term sustainable view toward our Clients. We operate in a discrete and transparent manner with the right stakeholders, partners and affiliates. We do not publish listings on portals, nor do we partake in cold calling.


Due Diligence

We screen Clients and properties as part of our due diligence process. Our mindset is one of quality over quantity, and our success lies in identifying and authenticating specific Clients and deals to add value to our existing networks and Client base, all of whom value privacy. This ensures maximum efficiency, sustainability, minimal time wastage (time is, after all, money) and a tailored, discrete and therefore sustainable approach.

Security and Discretion

Given our positioning as your secure, subtle and discrete real estate advisors, as well as the importance of these traits to our network, we focus on documented peace of mind for all parties. This often takes the form of NDAs, LOIs etc. At this step we would request of proof of funds to proceed further and demonstrate sufficient capability.
